The Month of September has quite a few very exciting "holidays" for us to celebrate. We're going to try to hit as many as we can and have some very fun activities/crafts. :)
September 13: Jordan's Birthday. We'll certainly be celebrating Jordan on Monday (with cupcakes!)
September 19: National Dog Week Begins
September 22: Elephant Appreciation Day
September 23: First Day of Autumn
September 26: National Good Neighbor Day
**Please Note! We will talk about the "holiday" on their actual day, but we may not make the craft on that day. This just gives us some holidays on which to base our crafts. The actual day activities are done will depend on the kiddos and how they're doing.

- I'm a wife and mother of two young children. I love kids and have always wanted to be a teacher, but pursued business instead. When I realized that traditional daycare did not work for my family, I decided to stay at home and provide the kind of care for others that I felt my kids were missing out on in traditional daycare. My mission is to help children feel comfortable and cared for in my home as well as provide an encouraging learning environment. I believe that the foundation for education begins at a very early age in the preschool and daycare setting. I want to foster an environment that makes kids excited about learning and helps prepare them for their future education.
